1. General Terms & Conditions

• Placing unusual bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) may result in account suspension.
• Dtv99 reserves the right to void any bets that were settled due to a technical error.

Rules for determining bet outcomes when an event is cancelled or abandoned mid-way: the original stake is generally refunded. 7. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on dtv99 are offered subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and restrictions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each person is eligible once.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dtv99. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using an account under a third party's identity.
• Fraudulent betting to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Arbitrage betting, or placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automation on the platform's software.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Participation in match-fixing or event manipulation, or use of related insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Dtv99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In cases of Terms violation — particularly involving prohibited activities.
• If KYC verification has not been completed within 14 days.
• For security reasons — if unusual login activity is detected on the account.
• At the member's own request — in the case of self-exclusion.

If you believe your account was closed unfairly, you may appeal to our support team. Appeals are reviewed within a maximum of 7 business days.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
